Number Of Accounts

You agree to create and use only one BuildABizOnline account. Multiple accounts may be removed at our discretion.

Email Communication

No autoresponders, bounced emails, fake emails, or invalid email addresses are allowed. If your email address bounces or sends automatic replies to BuildABizOnline, your account may be suspended or deleted. If your account is deleted, referrals and commissions may be lost.

BuildABizOnline does not make any promises, written or implied, regarding the amount of money that can be made from using our pages, tools, services, advertising, or training.

No Refund Policy

BuildABizOnline provides immediate access to digital products, software tools, training materials, advertising services, credits, and member benefits as soon as a membership or purchase is activated.

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all membership fees, upgrades, renewals, advertising purchases, credits, and other payments made to BuildABizOnline are non-refundable.

When a purchase is made, members receive immediate access to the tools, services, and benefits associated with that purchase. In addition, referral commissions may be paid to sponsors or referring members shortly after a qualifying purchase is completed.

For these reasons, BuildABizOnline cannot offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or reversals once a transaction has been processed, except where required by applicable law.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your sponsor or referring member may become entitled to commission payments as a result of your purchase.
• Digital products and services cannot be returned once access has been granted.
• All sales are final and non-refundable.

If you no longer wish to continue your membership, you may cancel future recurring payments at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not create eligibility for a refund of payments already made.

Commissions

Commissions are paid only to members who directly refer other members who purchase a qualifying upgrade or membership.

BuildABizOnline operates a one-tier affiliate program. There is no second-tier affiliate program, no matrix, and no MLM structure involved with our site.

You agree to receive any earned commissions only through our preferred payment processor for commissions. You are not required to upgrade in order to receive commissions.

Member Promotions

Members may use BuildABizOnline tools to promote third-party programs, websites, or their own offers. BuildABizOnline does not review, monitor, endorse, or guarantee any income claims, earning promises, compensation plans, testimonials, or results presented by members.

Spam Policy

BuildABizOnline has a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Anyone caught spamming may have their account deleted and may be subject to further action.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the system, violate our terms, provide false information, spam, or misuse BuildABizOnline services.

IP Tracking And Abuse Prevention

We may use IP tracking and other monitoring tools to help protect BuildABizOnline, our members, and our services from abuse, fraud, spam, and misuse.

Any user found to be deliberately violating these terms may be banned from the program indefinitely.
